I bought a low mileage Audi R8 V10 Spyder from Hamilton Gray's in July 2024. The documentation was thoroughly maintained, and the car was well presented for my collection. I only went for a brief test drive in the vehicle prior to committing to purchase, as I felt that the car was in excellent condition with a very clear history and a single previous owner.
My dealings with Jay and Tony were easy and direct, and I felt that they were people that I could trust should a situation arise where there was an issue with the car. Fortunately there were no issues with the car, and all the due process of transfer of ownership etc was carried out efficiently, and with regular communication.
They have an impressive stock of unusual and exotic cars in their Showroom, and seem to have a good knowledge of the specifics of each model.
I am happy with my purchase; the price was very reasonable, and the car that I bought has been a pleasure to use. My dealings with Hamilton Gray's were simple and easy; I have no hesitation in recommending them based on my own experience.

I put my Porsche 911 993 onto the Autotrader website and after four weeks had received no serious offers. Hamilton Grays called me and offered to promote my car via their website. This appealed to me because of their reputation and reach. In addition, they were able to offer buyers credit terms and a warranty. This I feel made the car much more Saleable. Putting myself into a buyers shoes I’d only want to buy from a “recognised” source, so it made perfect sense.

I had been trying to sell my Aston Privately for a few weeks without so much as a sniff. From start to finish Richard and Jay were helpful and kept me informed, without wasting my time. They certainly know their Porsches! They found a potential buyer from the pics and video I shared (during lockdown) and I then dropped off the car so that their customer could go in to view it.
I received the funds into my account on the day their customer collected the car and they reassured me along the way regarding changing ownership before receipt of funds etc, and transferring a cherished number plate before sale. The whole process was smooth and efficient.
Most importantly of all I set the amount I wanted for the car at the outset and this was respected throughout and was in my account within 2 weeks of dropping the car off.

Tony and Jay prepared the car immaculately and took numerous professional photos of the exterior and interior of the car. They then ensured that it was marketed on dozens of appropriate websites.
